Having recently stayed at Central Guest House in Hoi An, I found it to be a mixed bag of luxury and value. the location is undeniably fantastic, with easy access to everything and a tranquil neighborhood to savor. the air conditioning worked wonders on sweltering nights, granting respite from the humid climate. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired, and the persistent odor of cigarette smoke was off-putting. The lack of English proficiency from the owner was a small hurdle, but his hospitality shone through with offerings of tea and cigarettes in the morning. Despite the lingering aroma, the room was adequately furnished with an electric kettle and free Wi-Fi, catering to basic needs. the presence of an am/fm alarm clock and flat-screen TV added a touch of convenience. In terms of value for money, Central Guest House excels. While not a luxurious stay, it provides essential amenities for a comfortable visit at a reasonable cost.
